My name is Doug, and I am based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, where I live with my partner and our family dog. I founded Quick Property Sale six years ago to provide an alternative to the traditional high street estate agent, offering a more flexible, straightforward, and customer-focused property service.
My interest in property began over 40 years ago when I purchased my first home, a maisonette. Since then, I have bought and sold a number of properties, gradually becoming more involved in the industry. In 2004, I began investing in property and became a landlord, building a small portfolio over time.
Over the years, the property market has experienced many changes, and I have witnessed these first-hand. Working closely with clients has exposed me to a wide range of situations, each bringing valuable experience and helping me develop a practical understanding of the market and its challenges.
Through a network of long-standing professional colleagues, I can access additional expertise and support whenever required. I have worked alongside Paul and Phil for more than 17 years, and they assist in managing increased client enquiries and ensuring that every customer receives a high level of service.
