I’m Doug, based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, where I live with my partner and our family dog. I founded Quick Property Sale six years ago to provide an alternative to the traditional high street estate agent – offering a more flexible, straightforward online service.
My interest in property began over 40 years ago when I purchased my first home, a maisonette. Since then, I’ve bought and sold several properties, gradually becoming more involved in the industry. In 2004, I began investing in property and became a landlord, building a small portfolio over time.
The property market has seen it’s fair share of ups and downs, and I’ve experienced these changes first-hand. Working closely with clients, I regularly encounter new and unique situations, which continues to expand my practical knowledge and understanding of the market.
With constant changes in government legislation and market conditions, I make it a priority to stay informed and up to date, ensuring I can provide the best possible guidance.
Outside of property, I enjoy swimming, reading, travelling, tall ships sailing and keeping active with more adventurous pursuits.
